Sorting Your Search

The first, and simplest, additional search parameter that you will probably want to add to your search is choosing to sort it. How you choose to sort your search will probably depend upon the exact type of movie browse you're trying to perform. For now, let's just assume that you want to see the newest movies that the library has to offer.

  1. At the bottom of the power search page is the Sorting section. To see the newest movies first, click on the option entitled Pub Date (Descending).

  2. Click on the submit button.Submit Button
