Viewing a List of Movies

One of the most popular questions we get concerning the online catalog is how to view a list of our movies. Follow these simple steps below and you'll soon be browsing our films with the best of them. We'll even show you some advanced techniques that will allow you to search by specific types of films, limit your results by specific years, and even how to limit films by specific actors.

1. Click on the Search tab near the top of the main catalog page.
   
2. Click on the Power sub-tab to go to the Power Search page.
   
3. In the Search by: section, choose Subject Keyword in the first drop down menu to select the Subject index.
   
4. Type the word films into the first input box.
   
5. In the Limits: section, choose click on Movies to limit the format of the items found.
   

Once you have completed step five, you can click on the submit button to begin your search. The steps following this note demonstrate how to use more advanced options to refine the list of items that will be returned.
